How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour from purchase time. Please send a cancellation email to support@beesline.com with your order number and details. Once your order status is "preparation in progress" or "dispatched", we can no longer make any modifications/cancellations. As a last resort, you can refuse the parcel when delivered and the delivery company will send back the parcel to us.
